Oak Fairy from Sweet Sentiment

Below is my card using the amazing "Oak Fairy" stamp.  I had lots of fun coloring her up and then she is the perfect size for a slim line card.

My image is colored with copics on Hammermill Premium Color Copy cover cardstock.  I used a Lavinia stencil "Foliage" for the background using LDRS inks, Prickly Pear, Iced Tea and Olive Branch. The slimline die is from LDRS also and is out of stock it is call "Diagonal Slimline multi die"

The colors I used to color this are as follows:
V91,93,95,99
E11,13,15,17,18,40,41,42
YR12,15
Y32
R24,27,59
YG21,23,25,61,63,67

Let's carve a Pumpkin

 Fall is definitely in the air...pumpkins a pumpkin spice are everywhere!  Look at this adorable image from Krista Smith.  

I really enjoyed working with this image I stepped out of my comfort zone and did some texture on the dress.  I also used an embossing folder called Picnic Quilt that my dear friend Rhea created!  My image is colored with copics.

A season of your choice

Thanks for stopping by today.  I am sharing this beautiful image from Ching-Chou Kuik with you today call "Love in Spring"  I just love this image and choose to make it more of a winter theme, as I love the colors of fall and winter.

Fall is in the Air

Hi there it is time for a new challenge at Creative Moments, we are being sponsored by Eureka stamps.  The challenge this time is to use only 3 layers. 

I have used the pumpkins and fence digi. I really like the simplicity of this image.  My image is colored with copics, the background is done with chalks.  My card base is Heavenly White, I just love the sturdiness of this cardstock for card bases.  I used on of my all time favorite papers the Ruche in green crape .  My image is colored on Neenah Solar White ,I love the blending capabilities this line of paper has I have to say it is my paper of choice for coloring.  Don’t forget to stop by the Paper Temptress and check out the great sale that is going on in celebration of 6 years!

Happy World Card Making Day to you all!  Hope you are finding some time to get creative.  I am going to try to get some coloring in today, however it is a very special day in our household, we are celebrating my oldest Grand-daughter Alyssa's 18th birthday!
I have a cute little card that I made at a card class with Jennifer Dove.  This little cutie is from Stampendous and he is called "Fall Float" these little guys are the cutest little mice in town.

 

He is colored with copics and the colors used are as follows:  YG03, YG17, YG67, E33, E35, E57, E50, E51, E93, YR04, R56.

Happy Fall Y'all

Wow what a beautiful Saturday it is here in AZ.  The AC's are off, windows and doors are open with a delish pumpkin pie candle burning!  It has been a great week for me as I have been on vacation, had lots to deal with and  get done so it was a perfect time for a vacation.   I still have today and tomorrow to enjoy so today has been spent in my craft room.  I just love days like this with nothing to do but what I want to....so this little card somewhat reflects the mood I have been in this week..thinking and reflecting on the beauty of each day !

I just love this little Tilda she can be used for so many things I am not sure of her name but I am sure you could find her at Magnolia-licious.  The little fence and tree background is from my stash, the pumpkins are a freebie from Make it Crafty.  My image is colored with copics and the sky is done with chalk. I added a little stickles to her hair tie and lace on her shirt and shoes just for that girly fun....I used one of those cheap dollar bin punches for the extra leaves I thought it gave it just the perfect touch.  Tilda is fussy cut and popped up for dimension.

Hi there happy Tuesday to you ....hope you are having a good day !  I have had a great day went to see "The Help" this morning what a great movie be sure to take some tissue with you.  Today is a special day it is my grandson Ricky's 8th birthday and this card was made for that occasion.  Happy Birthday little man I love you ♥
