Pretty in Pink!

It's Friday do you have any special plans for the weekend?  I will be working but that is ok because this time next week it is vacation time for me.....Yep that's right and I am headed for California :)  I have been having so much fun just being back to my coloring and then I stumbled onto this little cutie from Sherri Baldy.  Have no clue what her name is but she is just to cute for words.

They are having a challenge at my old stomping grounds Color Me Creative challenge group and they wanted pink!  She is defiantly pink :)  I used the RV group of the copics for her.  I have added some fun flock to her jacket cause you know a princess robe has fur.  I added stickles to her top, ruffle, socks and of course her Tira!  The swirl was cut with the Cricut and the flowers are from Wild Orchid.  Once again everything was from my stash except the little cutie herself she is new!  Here is a close up so you can see the detail.

I am going to enter her into the following challenges:

CMC Challenge group - Pretty in Pink
Crafting by Designs - Celebrate Women
Milk Coffee - show us your coloring skills
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Fussy and Fancy Friday - Bingo...flower, free, die cut

That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by!  Have a great weekend !

Hugs♥

A little Non-Traditional Christmas

Hey Hey it is hump day and my day off !  The weather here is beautiful today, and I am excited cause I will get some time to lay in the pool and relax, it has been really overcast and cloudy here lately so I am glad to see Mr. Sun today!

I decided to join up in the Mini card kit swap in the Magnolia-licious group so I always like to make my card so I can make sure they get what they need.  I am trying very hard to use things I have and not buy anything cause I have tons of stuff that has just been sittin around collecting dust KWIM!  So the new item here is the cardstock base and the little bows!   The rest has been here:)

I have used the mini "Tilda with a Lantern" and have perched her on some twigs.  She is colored with copics.  The fur on her jacket is done with some flower soft and her mittens and socks have stickles added to them.  I have raised her and the sentiment for depth.

I hope the gals that get the kits have fun with them!  That makes 2 Christmas cards done already :)

I am entering this into the following challenges:

Paper Shelter - #123 punches and dies
Cute Card Thursday - anything goes
Dutch Magnolia Chickies - anything goes #49
Creative Inspirations - something old/ something new

That's it for me today hope you all have a great week!
Hugs,
