Tilda is blowing love your way ♥

A very happy Sunday to you all, hope you are having a good end to your weekend!  I can’t believe that the month of July is over with already where does the time go?  I have been on vacation this past week and really got to relax and enjoy myself getting caught up on some coloring and doing some reading.  Hey if you like to read stop on by the CMC group site and check out the new “BookEndz” group we are reading a great book called “Snowflower and the Secret Fan”

So drop on by and join in the fun…

I have had this image colored for a long time it is actually from my beginning days of coloring and was just waiting for the perfect reason to make her into a card.  I can tell you that she is colored with the RV’s with stickles added to her for accent.  She is one of my favorite images called “Tilda blowing hearts” and you can get the mini version of her at Magnolia-licious.

Tilda blowing hearts (975 x 900)

The DP is “Express yourself creatively”.  I have used walnut stain and antique linen DI’s to give the vintage look.  I used RV95 to tip the roses to match Tilda’s dress.

Challenges:

Cute Card Thursday – sketch #175

Craft us Crazy – anything goes

Copic Creations – pastels

Thanks for stopping by that’s it for me !

Just dropping in !

Hi there everyone hope you are having a great start to your weekend !  Wow it has been almost a month since my last post.  As most of you know I was moving and now we are pretty much settled in our new home and I am loving it, it is so peaceful and pretty out here we are at the base of the White Tank mountains so when I walk out my bedroom door to the patio I have a really pretty view.  I treated myself to some new furniture so on my upcoming vacation I will work on actually putting my craft studio together....um it seems I have a little more goodies than I thought so I may need to have some custom cabinets built KWIM so we will see that will happen later if necessary which I am thinking it will be.

It is challenge time again over at CMC Challenge group this time we want to see your favorite copic coloring technique....Just to name a few: feathering, coloring embellishments, airbrushing, bridging colors, folds, hair colors, colorless blender techniques, black/white/sepia, and more!
I used blending, folds/pleats and blending 2 colors together.
We are being sponsored by Tiffany's Doodles and the lucky winner will receive 10 digi images of their choice ! So what are you waiting for grab those copics and get to coloring.  Don't forget that this is the first challenge of the month and you will also be entered in a chance to win a Gift cert at Oozak.

I used the image called flower and mushrooms I knew exactly what I was going to do when I seen this image...you know how I love my little Tilda's well this little cutie that is landing on the mushroom is a mini from the Fairytale collection as is the little butterfly.
My images are colored with copics, the sky is done with chalk and I have added stickles to the butterfly wings and Tilda's wings.
