Relax and Enjoy!

Happy Memorial Day weekend to all of you who celebrate this holiday!  It has been a busy week around here with graduations etc., and then the flu hit our family.  I am finally feeling like I am somewhat alive again being under the weather is no fun at all.

It is time for another challenge at CMC Challenges and this time it is all about "Father's Day" or boy stuff.  We are being sponsored by Dr. Digi, and the winner of this challenge will win two digis of their choice.  If you have not checked them out go take a look there are some really cute images to choose from.  I have used "Ambrose king of the waves" isn't he just the cutest!

My image is colored with copics.  The DP is "Summer Lovin Boardwalk " by Samantha Walker.  The water paper was a piece I had in my stash and just matched perfectly.  I added a little puff paint and glitter to his frosty just for fun.

I ♥ you cheese!

Happy hump day!  Hope you are having a good one it is a busy one for me this week with work and then my granddaughter graduates High School tomorrow night a 8pm....where does the time go!  I am so proud of the fine young woman she has grown in to.  She has always been my "Princess" and always will be!

It's time for a new challenge at Creative Moments.  This challenge is anything goes with a twist to use twine.  We are being sponsored by Angie's Digis.  My little image is "Mouse eating cheese".  I think this little guy is just to cute, so I had to pop him up on a stair step card. I kept the card clean and simple to keep the focus on the image.

Copics used:

Greys: W3, 5, 7
Cheese: Y26, 28

A very happy Wednesday to you, hope your week is going well so far.  It has been just beautiful here in the Southwest Desert, we did break 100 for a couple of days but it is down in the 70's today :)  It is time for another challenge at Creative Moments this time we are playing bingo!  We are sponsored by Art by Miran and if you have not checked out her images you are really missing out.  My card I am sharing with you is called "Spring Blushes"

Pearls, Lace and Die Cut/Punch is the bingo I used for my card.  I would think that the electronic cutters fall into the Die Cut category.  My focal image is printed on Cryogen White and you can get this amazing paper from the Paper Temptress.  There is a wide variety of beautiful papers, and cardstock to choose from there so be sure to stop by and take advantage of the great buys.

My card is cut from a studio file on the wishblade.  All of the papers and embellishments etc. are from my stash.  My image is colored with copics.
