Hi there hope everyone had a great Mother's Day!  It is time for a new challenge at CMC Challenges, it is all about "Pretty Pastels"  We are being sponsored by Art by Miran and the lucky challenge winner will win 3 digis of their choice. For my card I have used "Tulipa".  Our challenge will run until May 23rd so you have lots of time to join.

I used a sketch from "Sunday Sketch and Stamp" #204 for my card layout.  I went with a CAS look on this just didn't feel it needed anything else.

My image is colored with copics on cryogen white, all design papers were from my stash.

Happy Hump Day to you all!  Hope you had a nice Easter and got to enjoy some quality time with those you love the most. 
I have some exciting news to share with  you all I am now a member of the "Creative Moments" DT and I am honored that I was asked to join the team and super excited to work with a really nice group of ladies.  So with that being said this is my DT inspiration for challenge 41, anything goes with spring colors.  We are being sponsored by

I have used the "New Sassy Cassie" isn't she just a cute little fashion statement with her spring attire.

 



 

 

 

I made an easel card to show her off. When I am looking for card layouts to make I go to my favorite crafters and look at the cards they have made and then take that sketch and go from there.  I saw this particular style card on Jennifer Doves page.  The DP's are "Authentique" Summer.  My image is colored with copics on Cryogen white paper which you can get at the Paper Temptress.

Colors used are as follows:

Skin: E50, E51 and R20

Hair and Boots: E42, E44

Yellows: Y02, Y06, Y08

Blues: BG000, BG01, BG02, BG05

I dabbed the markers on the boots to give the effect of suede.
