Snow Queen

A very happy Monday to you all!  It is time for another challenge at Aurora Wings, and it is your favorite "Anything Goes"!  Can you believe it has been 2 years we have been able to create with these beautiful images.  To celebrate the occasion we are doubling up the prizes so be sure to head over to the challenge blog and read all about it!

For my project I have used the the beautiful "Snow Queen".  My image is colored with copics.  When I finished coloring the image, I adhered my my images to a light weight piece of chipboard.  I applied pieces of napkins around the edges with matte medium, then once I had those where I wanted them applied guesso for texture.  Once that was completed I took water colors and starting closest to the image painted away to cover the guesso.  It is a fun way to do a project for a journal cover or to frame a project.

Snapdragon Sprite Delight!

Hi and thanks for stopping by today!  We have a new challenge today at Aurora Wings is all about those darling little sprites!  I have used my favorite of all Snapdragon Sprite I just love that little dragon he stole my heart :)

Warm and Fuzzy

Welcome to our 21st Challenge at Aurora Wings.  My goodness!  Only 4 more sleeps until it's Christmas.  WooHoo!  I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and you get some time to make some special memories with your family! 

Our theme for this challenge is Warm and fuzzy...so just what is it that gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling I can't wait to see your interpretation of this challenge.

I have used the sweet little "Puppy with Santa hat"  I love my dogs they are just like one of the family.
