Sketch challenge for June @ Magnolia-licious Highlights

Good Thursday afternoon to you all! Thanks for coming by to check out my card. I have been in a little funk here lately as I am quitting smoking, I have been taking Chantix and it is great not to many cravings....it is more that habit of what to do now LOL !!! Like coffee in the morning, or driving home from work etc. I had stopped smoking in my house back in March so that is a blessing I am use to that. So anyhow last night I seemed to kick the funk and started getting myself doing something. Got all my little swaps and PIF's finished and mailed, and a couple of things for a Christmas in July that will have to wait till July to post so it does not ruin the surprise. And finally my Tilda that I have wanted to get done since this challenge was posted.
This sketch challenge is over at Magnolia-licious this great sketch was done by Kerry Donovan from Threeclover designs. I am really happy with the way Tilda came out in this one I think this is one of my best colorings yet. The copics I used were E00, E33, E35, E37,RV11, RV14, R20, YR61, G02, BV08 and of course my colorless blender. For the highlights I use the copic opaque white.
Stamp is Tilda with flowers, ink used memento.
The dark brown DP is "Bohemia" I had picked this up from Recollections, the striped DP is a Sandy Lion design.
The flower swirl and flowers on the dark brown is a background I printed and then cut on the wishblade.
I embossed the brown with the swirls embossing folder, the scalloped oval is is the swiss dots and then I used Tim Holtz distress ink "Walnut Stain" to give it that rugged feel and well as the little sentiment on the bottom. The rings are rivets put in with the big bite cropadile, and I see one is a little off .... oh well you know they say crafting is not perfect.

Just Bee cause you are so sweet

This is a birthday card for my youngest DGD, she will be 4 this Saturday. She is such a little character and so much fun to be with. The scroll frame is cut on the wishblade as well as the scalloped rectangle. The rectangle and Tilda are both raised . Tilda is colored with copics and has a little glitter on the bee. The rectangle is embossed with swiss dots and then gently inked with color box "rosebud" chalk inks.

It is always nice to receive something special from your friends, and I was really surprised when I saw that I had rec'd this from 3 of mine. Thanks to Brenda, Kathe, and Sharron for thinking of me and leaving me some love. I really appreciate each and everyone of you!
